I-90 GREEN CARD RENEWAL
Most, if not all, Lawful Permanent Residents (LPR) of the United States have what is commonly referred to as a “green card,” a form of identity document that proves the person’s LPR status. Because most green cards expire after ten years, LPRs will need to renew them. The applicant can submit Form I-90 to renew their green card if the green card has expired or will expire within six months.
Applicants with criminal records should be especially careful when filing for their green card renewal since they can be placed in removal proceedings if an officer deems that their criminal record make the applicant “Deportable” or “Inadmissible”
We have a vast amount of experience in successfully filing green card renewals for our clients who are located throughout the United States. Our experience enables us to provide you the legal representation you need to ensure that you have the best possible outcome in your green card renewal process.
